DEPOSIT:
TLG Inflatables requires a 25% deposit on all rentals. This deposit pulls your unit from our inventory, and guarantees it will be available for your event.
TLG Inflatables also offers you a 5% discount to pay for your rental in full at booking, when booked online. The amount paid includes the 25% deposit.
REGULAR RESCHEDULES
TLG Inflatables offers a reschedule anytime policy, up to 48 hours before your event. Just give us a call or text at 832-639-2188, or email us at rmccarthy@tlginflatables.com. Let us know when you would like to reschedule your event, and we will move 100% of your money to your new event. Reschedules are based on availability, so your unit has to be available for the future date. If the unit is not we will work with you to pick another date, or another unit.
INCLEMENT WEATHER RESCHEDULES
TLG Inflatables will work with you, in full, if an event must be cancelled due to inclement weather. We will deliver our units rain or shine, but some events just can’t go on if rain is in the forecast. If we are unable to reschedule, any payment beyond your deposit will be refunded, and your deposit will be available for any future event, with no expiration. You can even let a friend use your credit!
CANCELLATIONS
TLG Inflatables will always allow you to reschedule, but if you do need to cancel your event in full, we need at least a 7 day heads up, so we can release your unit, and hopefully find a new event to rent it for. If you cancel your event less than 7 days before the event, we will refund any balance you paid beyond the 25% deposit. Unfortunately, your deposit will be forfeited if cancelled within 7 days of your event. We have held your rentals off our availability, and likely won't be able to re-rent the unit in less than a week.
